Capital,
allocated with
conviction.
STILLSOSHORT is a Hamburg-based investment company focused on disciplined capital allocation, trading, and long-term exposure to Bitcoin.
Three activities.
One capital base.
Short-horizon positions in liquid markets. Defined risk per position, no leverage on treasury assets.
Concentrated, thesis-driven positions in public markets and selected special situations.
Bitcoin held as the strategic reserve asset of the company. Accumulated, not traded.
Bitcoin is not a trade. It is a capital allocation decision.
Every treasury holds a reserve asset, whether it decides to or not. Cash is a position with a known, negative real return. We hold Bitcoin because it is the only reserve asset available to a small company that is scarce, liquid around the clock, and settles without a counterparty.
The horizon is measured in market cycles, not quarters. Positions are sized so that a drawdown of any magnitude does not force a sale.
Capital
Everything starts as unallocated capital.
Transparent by default. Sample data until the first reporting period closes.
FULL DASHBOARDWe think in years. Markets think in minutes.
Why a reserve asset decision is different in kind from a position, and what that implies for sizing.
Cash is a position. Reading it as neutral is the most common allocation error we see.
How a risk framework keeps a strong view from becoming an oversized position.
